Yes it is upto date. No i cannot say the page which is redirecting as the page is random and when i click on it it apears and i again try and access that url it works fine..

I believe W3 total cache has a problem that is why my website is redirecting to some other url

many files created by w3 total cache are not getting deleted they say permission denied
