Participants record page

I have a participants record page and I want to add some text between the fields.
[pdb_record groups=”main” fields=”company, first_name, last_name”]

Stopping your account.

In this case I’ve two times the save button. And the buttons are only saving the data of their own part..

Can I make it like there is just one save button at the end of the page, wich is saving all?
