WP admin login fails…..

with this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 143336 bytes) in /home/gigam0/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/ObjectCache.php on line 211
Any suggestions to get in and to fix it?
