[RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW] Breaks Website

When I use the [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW num=”2″] short code the site is fine. (I can also use [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW category=”post” num=”2″] and the site is fine. See image here
When I use the [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW] shortcode in my site it breaks breaks the website. View pic here
Notice in the first pic I have sidebar widgets starting with “Top Deals” and 2 reviews.
But, in the second pic I have no sidebar widgets anymore and 3 reviews.
