Mass New Page Merge / Creation

  • I’m adding 100+ pages a day right now manually. The content is exactly the same. I’m copying and pasting the HTML for the new pages and only changing the page name, product name, and one image URL.

    Is there a way to do this in bulk using a merge? I could easily add the page name, product name, and IMG url in a spreadsheet or CSV … I feel like the 3-4 hours I’m spending a day copying and pasting sometimes 200 pages that are the same besides 3 spots is inefficient.

  • Use WP CSV. Export your posts using that plugin to a CSV file, and open that up in Excel and examine the format. Then create your own CSV file using Excel containing your new post data. I’ve auto-magically created 1000+ posts in a couple of hours using this method with an Excel database I had.
