directory plugin usefull for google search ?

  • I have a website which profides a listing of all dogpensions in my country (netherlands) https://www.hondenpension.org

    Visitors can search using the nearist big city they live at (in their province).

    I think most people now search for a business using their location as a searchword in google. So for example: “dogpension amsterdam”

    For the big cities my website is listed top (nr 1) in de google search results.
    But for all other towns my website comes on page 2 or no results and old-fashioned websites like the phonebook get the top results.

    So for the searchword “dogpension” i’m nr 1 but ad a town and my website doesn’t appear in the results anymore. I estimate to loose about 50% the potential because of this.

    My question is , could i resolve this problem by using a directory plugin like Sabai ?

    Will google use this in their results ? I see many professional websites who come in the top results with listings of businesses near the town people are searching. (like the phonebook pages) Would that also happen with a directory plugin ?
