Permanent Post?

  • Hello i’m wondering if someone could tell me if it’s possible to create a post that permanently stays at the top of my page. On my homepage i’d like to have a brief intro which always stays put and then under that my daily posts would show up.

    Don’t know if this is possible but if so and someone could explain how to do it i’d be greatly appreciative.

  • A post that does this is called a ‘sticky’. There are plugins which can help you do this – do a search on https://wp-plugins.net). ‘Adhesive’ is one example.

    I’m loving WordPress more and more each day. Having worked with Dreamweaver for the past 10 years it almost makes building websites fun again ??
