HELP Locked up site after downloading!

  • I am setting up another site like one I already have and was adding plugins before setting anything up but after loading this chat I am completely locked out of my site ANY page now gets this message.

    Fatal error: Class ‘BP_Group_Extension’ not found in /misc/8/000/227/696/3/user/web/members.mytwinflame.info/wp-content/plugins/bp-group-tinychat/includes/bp-group-tinychat-core.php on line 30

    please help!!! I need access to my site. I went to the ftp files and tried to delete the chat but it said it did not exist or I did not have permission and I was logged in and have permission.

    Please please someone help! and please make the instructions for fixing this very very simple, I’m a newbie.
