    I did this:

I clicked table shipping options and entered them accordingly.

I expected WP e-Commerce to do this:

I expected it to calculate the postage according to the values I entered, i.e. I expected it to add double postage for a certain number of items etc.

    Instead it did this:

Nothing…just uses a flat rate every time. So the same postage no matter how many items.

    Any help gratefully received!

  • This is the value-based shipping, yes? I.e. order above 10GBP, then postage is 2.10, and so on?

Hard to tell by your description. As you can imagine, it’s a simple calculator! Basically you need to dive in with a text editor and add some debugging code to find out what’s going on. Or hire someone to do this.

That’s what I’m doing, yes. Oh…de-bugging code…yeah no idea. Looks like I’m hiring someone then! Thanks.
