Linking question

Is there a way to place a link to a pdf file or page within the site without including the “https://domainname”?
Like so:
https://uploads/test.pdf
Such that wordpress automatically fills in the “https://domainname”.

The reason being, if somewhere down the road I change the domain name of the site, I won’t have all those links to search for and fix.
