How to disable automatically generating Meta keywords ?

Please can anybody help ?….. This is the source code of my page. The problem is two meta keywords are automatically generating for all the posts in my website !. In this post the extra Meta tags generated are “All category” and “hacks”. similarly If i post a post in apps category then automatically 2 Meta tags would generate “all category” and “apps”…Can anybody give me a solution how to disable this automatically generating Meta tags !
