    Hey Guys,

I have a problem, I’ve updated WP to 3.9. After that all the photos in my galeries disappeared. Funny because the fotos exist in my media library and are shown on the page but I can’t see them in my Galleries.

The most annoying thing is that I cant upload new photos to the galleries. I tried by adding them to media library and it works just fine. I have only problem with the upload panel within the Gallery card.

Could you please help me? I’ve already updated my system (Im on Mac Os X 10.9.2), also I’ve updated JAVA and FLASH. What can I do more?

    I would appreciate any help.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

What gallery plugin are you using?

Hi, thank’s for a quick response.

It’s not a problem with plugins as I don’t use any of them. It’s the standard WP gallery card.

It’s not a problem with the theme as before the actualization it worked just fine. But I’ve done it anyway and it didn’t work.

I’ve made a copy of WP content, uploaded it again and still – no signs of getting better.

You can see the panel here:

It’s not a problem with the theme as before the actualization it worked just fine.

Please try switching to the default 2014 theme. This is part of basic troubleshooting.
