concatenate 2 strings and number to create URL

  • Hello all,

    I am new at WordPress. Is there a simple way (existing plugin?) for me to dymanically build a URL in the page, for opening a file? The URL would look like this: https://localhost/mySiteName/dirNum/fileName, where the dirNum is a number transferred to the page (through the URL, using urlparam shortcode).
