Add page and re-order from sidebar bugs

1) When trying to add a page or set of pages via AJAX from the page fly-out menu in the sidebar (achieved by hovering a page in the tree and clicking selecting “after” or “inside”) a 404 error is returned after entering page titles and clicking the “add” button. If multiple names are entered, only the last page is actually created.
2) Re-ordering pages via drag and drop has some inconsistent behavior. I can not drag a page from lower in the list to above the first child of a parent page until a menu_order has been specified for the first page. Also, menu_order numbers don’t always reflect the new order position in the sidebar and sometimes there are large gaps in numbers after the pages are shuffled around a bit.
The fact that you’ve been able to implement these things at all is a HUGE improvement to the overall wordpress UI. I can’t even imagine managing a site without this plugin. Thanks for all of your hard work!
