WP e-commerce csv imports incorrectly

I have tried several times to load 300 products from a csv file in to WP e-commerce. The problem is in the preview only column “A” is shown and that list all the headers. Just to check I uploaded a new csv with 10 products, published and then viewed the products. In the product name was all the fields as before. Nothing else had been populated description, price etc. Any ideas please.
