  • Hi, I can vouch that 2.1.8 does work! Your problem could be caused by an incompatible plugin or theme. The debug procedure is:

    – deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme TwentyFourteen to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Nearly forgot, take a backup before you start.

    – If I turn off the woocommerce 2.1, my website is work properly, if I turn off, my website is just a blank page, only the top menu appear.

    – I use the MYSTILE theme, it is a wootheme, and was made specifically for woocommerce. With TwentyFourteen, the website work, but with Mystile appear only the top menu without the basket, the checkout and search items.

I think the version 2.1 and the Mystile theme can not work with each other.

Oh, and I turned off all the other plugins, but it solved nothing.

I have installed the latest Mystile version 1.3.0 released 06/03/14 and it works for me. Do you have this version?

    Other things to try:
    – have a look in your WordPress directory for a file called error_log, no extension. This is a plain text file. See if it contains any clues.
    – edit wp-config.php, line 83, WP_DEBUG, change false for true temporarily. Try your shop and see if there are any error messages on the page.
    – what is your url?
