Help! Not working

I installed this plug-in, created my new message, and updated my changes. When I hit hit the “Test” button, I got my new message (although I would like to have some font formatting, also).
But, upon leaving and truly testing it with a nw registrant, they got the OLD message, not my new one. What might I be doing wrong?
