Not search results with apostrophes

Hi,

I’ve noticed that no result come back if:

The search term contains no apostrophe: fish n chips

it will not find this phrase the content: fish ‘n chips

(and vice versa)

Is there any way to get around this?
This is the only Plugin I can find that does everything else I need perfectly!
