WordPress site contents not loading after updating to wordpress 3.9 .

WordPress site contents and visual editor not loading after updating to wordpress 3.9 .
I am using newstoday wordpress theme.

Any support is greatly appreciated .

What I did to solve it previously-

1- Deactivated all plugins- Not worked.
2- Changed theme to default- Not worked.
3- Cleared cache and cookies – Not worked.
4- Enabled debugging in wp-config.php- Not worked.

Any more suggestions please-?
