Text Not Displaying on Image

Hi,
I have added text to an image through the WP-Admin interface on my gallery page (https://173.254.28.117/~imagetop/gallery/) and it doesn’t display on the website. I know this is a silly issue which is probably my fault but any ideas on how to sort this out?
I am running the latest version of WordPress and the pluigin.
