Rating only once

    You can only vote once per IP.
    I am pretty sure you computers might be sharing the same outgoing IP either that or your site uses a caching plugin that caches the rated post.

    Are you using any caching plugin?

    First I did not use one, but now i tried deactivating plugins and installed a caching plugin to see if it works. Because on a different website i used the same plugins with a caching plugin and it worked with the same theme.

    Deactivated, deleted, re-installed and it works!
