I am not sure to understand your question.
    .mo files for what exactly?

“PHP and WordPress Locale for the language. (Example: en_US)
You will need to install the .mo file for this language.”

What does it mean? When I am adding new language it asks this…

    Thanks

It mqTranslate Advanced Settings, you can check “Update Gettext databases now.” and click “Save Changes”. It will download automatically all .mo files required for WordPress core.

This operation must be repeated each time you had a new language or if you want to update those .mo files.

Ok, I did it, but after I made some translates on those languages… I hope it was not a mistake and that I could “Update Gettext databases now.” in every moment?

Why does my every title for those added languages got prefix “(english)” ?

Those default language titles are normal…

You can update gettext databases at any time. It is usually a good thing to make an update after each WordPress upgrade.

If think you got the (english) prefix because you have only entered english version of your posts. You can hide Content which is not available for the selected language through the corresponding options in the mqTranslate Settings.
