Change displayed items on Product Archive page

    I am using WooCommerce and currently my product archive page displays:

    THUMBNAIL
    PRODUCT NAME
    PRICE
    ADD TO CART BUTTON

    Ideally I would love it to display the different product variations like this e.g.

    THUMBNAIL
    PRODUCT NAME
    VAR 1 | VAR 2 | VAR 3
    PRICE
    ADD TO CART BUTTON

    Does anyone know how to do this?

    Alternatively it might be easier to just create a small description that only gets displayed on product archive page. Does anyone know how to do this..or is there a plugin?
