not working properly with Japanese wordpress

  • Hi, I just installed the plugin for the first time and got it working.
    although my problem is the Sendpress menu is not showing some text here and there with the JA wordpress version.

    I am also having some trouble with the Confirmation page as if I set the confirmation page to “Use Default SendPress Page” it gives me 404. I tried to changed the Permalink as the troubleshooting guide shows, the 404 is not showing anymore although it is showing my header and footer but no text that is saying the mail is now activated.

    please help.

    I’m not sure what you mean about not showing some text here and there and I don’t know what the JA WordPress version is. Perhaps the support information will shed some light. If you have any screenshots that you can link to, that would also help.

    I think with the confirmation page you may need to try turning off theme styles. It is a radio button on the same page as where you manage the confirmation page.
