Add Cart, Subtotal, and Number of Items to a Text Widget

Hello,

I’m trying to add the Cart to a widget in my header area using the text widget. Any ideas? I have the linked cart appearing, but I can’t figure the rest out.

How can I how the subtotal and number of items in the text widget?
