Rearrange Comment Fields in Twenty Twelve

I use Child Theme for this purpose.

By default, comment form in Twenty Twelve have Name, Email, Website, Comment, Submit button.

I want to rearrange those fields to be Comment, Name, Email, Website, Submit button.
