Looking for popup help or tips plugin

I have a user input form where the visitor can create a post. There are a few tips and hints I would like to give the user along the way, and I am looking fir a way to create pop-up boxes with the help text in it.

I’m thinking of a system where there is a little question mark next to the input, and they can either mouse over or or click the ? to get the tip.

Any recommended plugins?
