Front-end user video upload plugin

Hi, I am creating a website where front-end users can create profiles and then upload videos (from their phones, etc.) to their profile. I want their uploads to show both under each users respective profile as well as on the homepage of the website where the latest uploads from all users are shown. Is there a plugin that will allow me to do this? Also, is there a particular theme which would be ideal for a site based primarily on user uploaded video content? Please help!
