W3TC and Simplethemes Synapse Theme Not Working

Hello,
I am using WP 3.9 and w3TC 0.9.4 and Simplethemes Synapes most new version 3.1.1 and once I upgrade to the newest version of this theme with W3TC caching on it broke my site (messed CSS, missing images, etc). When I shut off W3TC my site returns to a working state. Any ideas?
