Recirculate Posts on a Yearly Basis

I have a yearly reading on my site and want to be able to set up the posts to recirculate every year on certain dates, usually every Friday. Right now I change the publishing date but that takes the post off the site and a huge amount of time. Is their a plugin or hack to make the post reappear on the home page on a certain day and time yearly?
