Getting Meteor Slide to appear only on Home Page

Hey Josh!
I found some posts you had done to get the slide show to appear ONLY on the home page of my Twenty Eleven Child Theme, but the code doesn’t want to work on mine. This was the one I found to reference:

The issue is that when I paste the code in my header.php file I get red indicators that the code isn’t done right. Can you help?
