Unable to Include Clickable Links in Posts

  • Apparently this is a pretty common problem, but none of the proposed solutions have been able to fix mine.

    So the embedding link option is greyed out in the post edit menu.
    Both visual and HTML side give the same problem.
    No matter what I try I am unable to make the links clickable. I have tried deactivating all the plugins.
