ubermenu problem

Hi wonder if someone could help. I have latest wordpress installed with wootheme canvas also using ubermenu, but now if i click add thumbnail in wordpress menu, wordpress just goes to top of page. Is there a free menu where i can add images like uber etc and responsive as it was working ok now it doesn’t.??
thanks a million. OK deactivated all plugins and now working sorry so have to see what the cause is.
