• The only style I have in the Child Theme ccs file is an “a” tag color change, but the navigation menu is all fouled up in Chrome. It’s OK in Firefox and Navigator, though. Any suggestions? The conflict must be in the Parent Theme .css, right?

  • You have quite a few serious markup errors on your home page alone. They could be related to the content you have been adding.

Thanks. I removed almost all of the content on the home page and still have a problem validating that page. The only validation error I’m getting now is regarding the <hgroup> element – “Element hgroup not allowed as child of element header in this context.” What do you suggest I do? If I remove it from the header.php file altogether won’t other things get messed up? It was generated by the Theme, I haven’t changed anything but the child css file.

I just cleared the cache for Chrome and the page looks OK, but the validation error still exists. Do you think I should ignore it?
