Fatal Error after wp update

  • Attempted to install new update and received this code:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_register_plugin_realpath() in /home/content/65/8794565/html/wp-settings.php on line 213

    Now I can’t access my admin and my site is gone-HELP!

    I am not code savvy-basically a plug and play kind of user so please keep it simple ??
