Responsive Theme NOT working on mobile

  • Could someone check my site and tell me why this responsive theme is not working on a mobile device? It works fine on my tablet but not on my cell phone.

    so sorry for my delay in replying!
    I am using the colorway free version theme.
    I have had this theme for about 1 and half years (since creating with wp). It use to work fine, but suddenly only works on my laptop and tablet.
    any ideas why? thanks in advance
