It only gives me the option to change the background color to transparent. I does not give me a color grid. Is there code to change the background color black?

My website is comedythroughcomedy.com and the blue topbar I want to change it back to black

If you don’t have an option to select a background color then there is an error on your page, are you running any plugins?
