Change "1 Reply" to "1 Comment"

If you go to Appearance/Editor, you can update the comments.php file to display custom text.

@emily05mle: Thank you for helping on the forums but please do not encourage people to edit theme files directly. At best, they will lose all of their changes when they update the theme. They should be recommended to create a child theme or use a custom CSS plugin for their changes.
