Customise search bar colour

Is it possible to customise the colour of the dropdown search? It’s a bright blue at present but doesn’t really fit in with the theme of my site.
Also, I can’t seem to prevent certain pages from being indexed. Is it possible to exclude specific posts/pages from the search?
