    I’m not sure how this is even possible. Quick Cache only writes data to the cache directory, so if you’re seeing images replicated in your Media Library then it’s likely another plugin causing that issue. I’ve never received any reports related to Quick Cache replicating photos in the media library.

    Keep in mind that WordPress has the ability to generate thumbnails and crop images to different sizes (see Settings -> Media), so maybe your issue has something to do with that?
