Allowing multiple radio buttons to be selected

Is there a setting that allows for multiple radio buttons to be selected simultaneously, so one can choose more than one possible answer to a question like “Which of these service(s) interest you? (Check all that apply.)”

I feel like this should be possible and easy to find, but can’t find it anywhere.

If possible, please tell me explicitly where the option is located and how to select it.

Otherwise looks like a great plugin!
