Post to specific page on Facebook account

I had to disconnect and reconnect Facebook from Social plugin due to a session issue. Previously when publishing, I could choose to post to my main Facebook page or another page associated with that account. Since I reconnected, I can no longer post to the additional page, only to the main page. How do I make Social recognize the additional page?
