I setup my Contact form as instructed.
The form send emails successfully (according to what it says below the form after I click send)
But I do not receive any email.
Could the issue be that I have my gmail account assigned as a “To:” adress. This is because I do not have any email from my hosting provider.
If this is the problem, how to solve it?
Or what else could it be?
    Thank you

  • I also have this issue, except i receive the email only to say who the sender was. I expected then that I should check dashboard, that maybe the forms are stored there but I can’t find anything.

    Me three!

People are sending the contact form but it isn’t reaching my inbox, though in testing the form, it is reaching other inboxes. The email and the website are hosted by different service providers, so it doesn’t seem to be a server issue.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

    Cheers,
    Mel

I too am having this issue since the new WP 3.9 update as well as the CF7 update.

The form states the email was successfully sent, but it never reaches the designated inbox. I also deactivated and deleted CF7 then reinstalled. Still having same issue.

    Thank you!

@esmi: Thank you. I contacted my web host and turns out I needed my gmail adress to be on their white list.
