Free shipping if specific payment gateway is selected

Hi,

I’ve used your plugin from the beginning when it worked with the coupon code and I could select free shipping. The plugin has now changed so this is not working anymore. Could I change something in the code to get the shipping costs and set that as discount for a specific payment gateway?

Or do you still have the older plugin? However I do like this setup (not working with a coupon code) better. I thinks it’s more stable.
