WordPress 3.9-No access to Text Tab and Add Media Button

    Since updating to WordPress 3.9 a couple hours ago I can no longer access the the text tab or the add media button. I am presently working on a website that is supposed to go live tomorrow night, which I cannot do until these problems are fixed. The test website address is https://jwspromotions.com/fullerforcongress2/. I stopped working after wasting valuable time searching through forum postings and found so many others also having various serious issues with 3.9.

    The difficulty has been resolved. I contacted the creators of Weaver II Pro Theme and found that I had to actually uninstall Weaver II Pro V2.1.1 and re-install V 2.1.10. Updating this theme through the internal tools in the dashboard do not work correctly.
