No matter what I try, I can only get the shortcode to produce a map of all posts — the category filter just won’t work.

    This shortcode, for example: [codepeople-post-map cat=”476, 731, 491″ zoom=”2″]
shows all posts. I’ve tried putting just one category in to see if it was a multiple category problem and it still doesn’t work

Any thoughts on why this would be?

    Hi,

The categories on map are only available in the premium version of plugin. If you are using the premium version of plugin, don’t hesitate in contact me through our support page:

I’ll need the URL to your webpage to take a look.

    Best regards.

Hi there — I actually purchased the premium version, but whenever I install and use it, I get a white screen where the map should be. For some reason, the free version works just fine and I haven’t needed any of the actual premium features until now.

What is critically different between the premium and free version that might be causing this error?

    Hi,

Could you send me your webpage’s URL, through our support page, to check the issue in detail, please?

Note: Maybe will be required the WordPress access to check shortcode’s structure.

    Best regards.
