php problems with responsive on WordPress 3.9

  • I have Problem with WordPress 3.9 and my theme “Responsive” from cyber chimps
    I have used Responsive theme for a while. Now after updating to WordPress 3.9 I notice a lot of errors when customizing the theme
    I am using version 1.9.5.3 I tried updating to 1.9.5.5. but the errors were still there and that only made it worse, making me loose the widgets as well.

    When customizing the theme I get PHP errors
