[Theme: Lifestyle Pro Child] Move wrap down to allow for tab primary navigation

I’d like to move just the white wrap background down —- OR move just the primary navigation up outside of the wrap.

I’m trying to add tabbed navigation and I don’t want the white wrap to be behind the white tabs.

Suggestions?
