• I am testing this plug in and would like email feature this plug-in has.

    When does this plug in email?

    Email was sent to ticket creater but there was no email
    – to administrator notifying of ticket creation
    – when ticket is updated

    Is there a setting I am missing?

    If anyone could assist me to the right direction, would highly appreciate it.

    I have just tested again and all update email would go to ticket creator but admin could not receive email.. where is this email set?

    Also email to hotmail does not work for some reason. no email to inbox or spam folder.

    Dear Author, I am facing the problem. I have installed plugin but whatever email is being sent by this plugin is fall down to span folder only.

    Is there any way to send this mail to inbox?
