Lost Password directs to log in page

what (if any) widget do you use for log in?

I am using the Theme My Login plugin. The Lost Password page contains the short code… [theme-my-login]

This short code is on the log in and log out pages as well.

No special widgets.

I understand. What membership plugin do you use?

I literally just encountered the same issue and fixed it using

[theme-my-login default_action=”lost password”] for lost password page and
[theme-my-login default_action=”register”] for registration page…

[theme-my-login default_action=”lostpassword”] no space…

Bloody auto correct added a space where none should be ??
